Proper pool care takes more than adding chemicals and moving on to the next stop. The visit is thorough enough to do the job, and filter cleaning is part of normal service.
There is one recommended standard of care. You do not design a menu. Diagnosis comes before a plan, and the conclusion is explained in plain language first.
If the pool needs a repair or another corrective step, that is said plainly. Repairs are separate from regular service.
